Owner

Robert Chianelli

The owner is responsible for the entire operation of the Lab.  He institutes policy and determines the business plan for the lab.  He maintains sales and client services and determines marketing strategies for the Lab.  He also oversees the financial aspects of the Lab.  He has the final decision concerning Lab policy and/or procedures and oversees the upkeep of the physical Lab.  The owner also assists with the coordination of Field Services.  The Lab Director assumes the owner’s responsibilities in the event of his absence.
